I just completed my contract at Amazon and are headed to So. California to see my family over the holidays and taking in some much needed warmer weather. I wish every one of you a very happy and safe holiday season. I will be flying back to Reno on Jan. 2 and start my new adventures heading south to Quartzsite for some great weather and even better friends.
A Merry Christmas to you, Jim. Thanks for the e-card. We’ll miss “Q” this year but will be there for sure next year.

Hi Jim! Happy Holidays to you also. Congrats on completing your 2nd year at Amazon. So what was the most sought after gift from Amazon? The new Paperwhite Kindle? I don’t think we’ll get to Q this year – Darn!

Merry Christmas Jim – now you can RELAX for a bit.
I’ve been in Quartzsite for about 3 weeks now. I started out in Hi Jolly but found a great RV park in town for $179/month + Electricity. That comes to about the same as gas for my generator etc while boondocking. I’m paid to Jan 15 and may stay another month after that. If anybody wants to know which RV park it is just let me know. The owner is a GREAT and friendly guy…….no, he’s NOT a relative…hahaha. I don’t know if you remember me but I stayed in your camp for a night, back in July, and we discovered we went to Fullerton JC at the same time. Hope you can get that TOAD now. Drive careful!!!
Merry Christmas Jimbo, Have a great holiday visit with your family.
